This week’s menu is on the 1st of the five mother sauces of Béchamel. We will be making Alfredo sauce and 3 variations and uses of it. If you would like to cook Alfredo sauce along with us, be prepared with the following ingredients:

1 Tbl vegetable oil

1 Tbl AP Flour

1 Tsp minced Garlic

1 Tsp Chicken Base

1/2 Cup Chicken Stock

1 Tsp Lemon juice

1 Cup Heavy Cream

1/2 Cup grated Parmesan Cheese
